2005 Harper Reunion Photo
Make plans to join us for the
2006 Annual Harper Reunion, which will be held on Sunday,
May 28, 2006.
We eat at 1:00pm, and folks start showing up around noon. Dinner
is pot luck, so bring your favorite dish. Be prepared to spend
the
afternoon talking with old (and new) friends and relatives. Also
be prepared for any kind of weather. It can be anywhere from a
cold,
rainy 45 degrees to a warm, sunny 75 degrees. It's best to be
prepared! The reunion is held on the
Buzz & Willard Harper farm in Harman, WV. If you're coming
from
the east, go three miles east of Harman on Rt. 33, and turn left
at the "Jacob C. Harper Cemetery" sign. If you're coming from the
west from the Seneca Rocks region, check your odometer when you see the
elevation sign at the top of Allegheny Mountain; go exactly 1.4 miles
and
turn right at the "Jacob C. Harper Cemetery" sign. This will be a
gravel road; the road splits in two
places - bear to the right at both
places - and continue for 1/2 mile to the pavilion. Hope
to see you
there!

Source Documentation for the information on The Harper Family Page is
available
in this book (Unfortunately, working full-time doesn't give me
time
to answer individual questions regarding where I got source information
for a specific name, date or place, so I put it all in this book.)
Here are some Harper photos to gaze at when you have free time.
